By creating an account or using the Arshara Finance application ("the App"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the App.
2 The Service
Arshara Finance is a personal finance manager that lets you record income, expenses, accounts, bills, budgets and generate reports. The service is provided "as is" for personal, non-commercial use.
3 Your Account
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe.
- You must provide accurate information when registering.
- You may not share your account or allow others to use it.
- You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Privacy → Delete Account in the App.
4 Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to breach its security, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
5 Data & Privacy
Your financial data belongs to you. We do not sell your data. Please read our Privacy Policy for full details on how your information is handled.
6 No Financial Advice
Arshara Finance is a record-keeping and tracking tool. It does not provide financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Always consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.
7 Availability & Changes
We may update the App, add or remove features, and revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.
8 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arshara Finance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including data loss. We recommend keeping regular backups using the App's backup feature.
